Once a crypto deposit, withdrawal, or trade is executed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of UDX coins, investment in Pension Plans, or any other digital asset transfers. We do not offer "cooling-off" periods or money-back guarantees because digital assets are transferred instantly to the blockchain or user wallets.
In the rare event of a technical error where your funds were debited but not credited to your UDX wallet, please contact our support team at exchange.uxd@gmail.com within 24 hours with valid proof of transaction. Our team will investigate and, if verified, credit the balance to your internal UDX wallet. However, no cash or bank refunds will be issued.
